Event spin terms

These general terms explain how our in-person spin-the-wheel activity works. Before entering, please check the event sign or ask the Idyllic team for that event's dates and times, any eligibility restrictions, and the list, quantities and conditions of the available prizes. If those details aren't available, please don't enter until the team can provide them.

How to take part

1. Be present at a participating Idyllic Hair & Skin event while our team is operating the wheel. No purchase is needed to enter.
2. Scan the event QR code and submit your email address on the event entry page. You don't need to agree to marketing emails to enter.
3. After a successful submission, show the live “GIVE IT A SPIN” confirmation screen on your phone to the team before taking your turn. Staff may ask to see the live screen rather than a saved image.
4. Follow the team's instructions for spinning. Any prize you receive depends on the wheel result and the event-specific prize information displayed at the event. Entry does not promise a particular prize.

Your details and email choices

We use the email address you submit to record your event entry. Receiving promotional emails from Idyllic Hair & Skin is a separate choice: the marketing box is optional and starts unticked. If you choose to subscribe, you can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Read our privacy policy for more about how we handle your information.

Event-specific information

The team must make the prize list, any prize restrictions, participation limits and event dates clear before you enter. Please ask them if anything is unclear. These general terms do not replace the details displayed for a particular event.
