Idyllic Hair & Skin – Returns & Refunds Policy (UK)

We offer a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, unopened (where applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, providing images of the damaged items, so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Product‑Specific Return Rules

Hair & Beard Oil (All Sizes)

• Can only be returned if the seal has not been opened or tampered with.

• Opened or used oils are non‑returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Detangling / Styling Brush

• Due to hygiene regulations for beauty tools, brushes are non‑returnable and non‑refundable, unless faulty on arrival.

Shampoo & Conditioner

• Can only be returned if the seal is fully intact.

• If unopened, you may return these items within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Opened or used bottles are non‑returnable.

General Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened personal care items

• Beauty tools (unless faulty)

• Custom or personalised items

• Sale items or gift cards

• PDF Downloadable Doucments

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

European Union – 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must still be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
